PreservePay is early. The boundaries are part of the product—not fine print added later.
Trade subcontractors with 5–100 employees are the first priority, followed by building-material suppliers and equipment rental companies. We are starting in Ontario and Alberta.
No. PreservePay is being built as deadline-management, document-template, and public-record monitoring software. It will not provide legal representation or file as your agent. Decision points will include clear prompts to consult qualified counsel.
With deterministic, effective-date-versioned rules—not AI date math. Each rule will carry a statutory citation, and every calculation will preserve its confirmed inputs, rule version, output, and history.
Selected legally usable public sources, with coverage limits shown plainly. Possible entity matches will require confirmation. PreservePay will not launch with a black-box credit score or claim certainty about future insolvency.
We are assembling a small founding cohort in Ontario and Alberta. Waitlist members will hear first when workflow interviews and early onboarding open.
